Continuing with an annual tradition, PBW presents its 5th annual "Top 10 Stories" show. Following another drama-filled year around professional bodybuilding, tune in as we countdown the stories that made headlines in 2009. - From Kai's improbable win in Columbus all the way to Cutler's historic re-emergence atop the sport, the year was loaded with storylines, surprises and even a few disapointments. Presented by MuscleTech, PBW's 2009 Season Finale will also feature some surprise appearances as we close out another year of bodybuilding talk radio. Tune in Live on Monday December 7th at 8pm ET.

I hope you guys stick around each week and do shows (get some pro's, legends, etc., on - always something to talk about besides shows). Last year you guys went off air for about 6-7 weeks..

Here are a few ideas I had :

1) 2009 The year of the Comebacks :
(in no particular order )

marcus Rhuel : Comes back in NY and qualifies for the Olympia

Stan Mcquay : Comes back to competition in the 202s and wins his debut

Troy Alves : Comes back to form and captures a victory in Orlando

Evan Centaponi : Comes back after a year to win pro debut in NY

Dennis James : Comes back wins 2 pro shows, after a few years without a victory

Toney Freeman : Comes Back to win in Sacramento , after placing 8th in the Olympia

Victor Martinez : Comes back to competition earns a second place at the ASC and then qualifies for the Olympia, where he placed 6th .

Jay Cutler : Comes back to win the Olympia , and recapture his Title.

Honorable mention :(let's not forget the Ladies)

Lisa Aukland : Comes back to win another Atlantic City

Iris Kyle : Comes back to recapture her Ms. International Title , and keeps her Ms. Olympia Title

I thought these might have some merit as a top 10 finishers ?

2) 2009 : Muscle Tech pulls their Title sponsorship of the Olympia , Ultimate Nutrition jumps on board, and Jay Cutler still victorious , hmmmmmm , so much for conspiracy theories ..

3) Dexter Jackson places 3rd in the Olympia , as judges say , he looked as good or even better then he did when he won a year ago .
