Ha, I happened to see dude's vid in our Vid section....It seems like there are alot of member of getbig that don't post on the G&O board that do the damn thing in real life.  I mean hell, we have a former porn star as mod, Dina...is well Dina.


Mars...the vids could have been done on a weekend for all we know, or after work. But if they were locked up, chances are, that is all they did anyway. Better work ethic than most bodybuilders.

I think they have achieve a sort of balance...they could do this all day, and have a great physique. Sure they can't bench 400...but they ain't tiny tits neither, nor have red faces.

Pakour is the shit! But what happens if the pull on a rusty railing, especiall here in the US you have some rusty fire escapes. And you just gave me a idea. Something like a Urban Athlete Games, where one could combine Parkour  and what these guys do, or have contests scored on creativity and excution

I'm surprised there are not more black gymnasts. The dudes in these videos seem to have the ideal physiques for it.
