Gatorade is claiming the decision was made months ago, but hard to take them at their word on that.  Nevertheless, I guess it makes sense - they're going to sell sports drinks regardless of whether Tiger is linked to them or not.  Could Powerade sign him and really get a larger share of the market?  Maybe, but I think the more likely scenario would have Tiger coming out with his own drink.  Just a guess.
