I did know that actually. He was also in the Israeli army. Somewhere either heard or read he was in the special forces.

Not a gold medalist.  He is not large by any bodybuilding standards.  Did very well for himself with the vids, though.

He looks good. If he was huge like modern bodybuilders, he'd look pretty absurd doing his thing.
To answer your question, I'm almost as big as the girl behind him. Another few months and I'll get there if I up my calories another thousand and start lifting weights.

Israelis are total fags when it comes to heavy lifting. Most of them stand around talking to each other then spend another minute staring at the bird on the treadmill before doing anything.

In two and a half years the only people I saw do any hard and heavy lifting were either foreigners or Russian imigrants, and the odd Palestinian.

I saw her a few years back.  She had a little private training studio at an office complex where I was doing a Kaplan course in Encino and was still pretty tight.
