I feel some fast punches are needed at this time.
im transfering energy to more meaningul things that consume time but not my appetite like cleaning the bathroom
if i were to do falcon punches id just be so damn hungry cause it gets my body too worked up, its impossible to lose dieting and training hard at the same time , the two clash make you too hungry the more you train
this is only allowed if you can truley stay within your caloric limits and have proven /maintained epic leans most of us have not cause we train too hard thus feeling its okay to eat alot for supposed "growth" but in reality year after year still have the layer of fat , even though you may like to train hard and do train hard
i think you have to sacrifice a good 10-15 pounds of muscle to be 100 percent EPIC LEANS
