Well now that most blacks go pro by the time they finnished Middle School, white guys now seem to own college hoops!   Kidding on most of that. But you know where I am going.   But my dad had is a basketball nut!  He had me watching UCLA in the 70's and early 80's   then I was forced to watch  Army and Air Force guys play it in Germany and then just my luck we move to the East Coast (South Jersey during Villinova's big win ...then to Maryland (home of Georgetown and UMCP) ! So besides the Lakers, I really don't have a big love for basketball.

Do i like Tebow...hell yeah...i love that he is gonna run right...everyone knows he is gonna run right...and he still gets yards...But think about charlie ward in college...he didnt get to benefit from the hyper media with 15 news outlets and internet sports sites force feeding you the same name over and over again. It isnt tebows fault ....but again..look at the times we live in..

I watched both Ward and Tebow play throughout their college careers. Both were great and played tough schedules (back in FSU's golden years). Tebow is very predictable and still racks up the statistics, but Charlie wasn't as predictable. Charlie's problem was he couldn't take a hit like Tebow, hence not going into the NFL (Pussy!) But in retrospect, probably the smartest move in his career...
