Obese is having a bmi over 30. These have bmi over 60. They are what you called ADIPOSE BODYBUILDERS, any would dwarf ruhl any day of the week

My BMI is around 33-34, but I'm also around 10% bf :D

For these obese freaks, it's mainly genetics.  I eat tons of garbage, barely lift these days, still lean.
To maintain all that fat takes no calories.

My mother told me what calories she needed to lose weight. To her suprise 1200 CALORIES, she just finished eating her 800 calorie dish of noodles. She is like 65 kgs at 5'2
