I have seen this stupid sight various times in gym.
And i know these stupid guys and i say "Dont worry, leave me alone even if i am struggling" before when i perform squat without any experienced spotters. One time, i forgot to tell it and a stupid guy tried to lift the bar from only one side and i shouted "DONT TOUCH IT!". :-\

kyomu is a protien eating master and will previal over the hoes regardless wether 14 weeks out or 1 week out he is focused
