Here is a tip.  If someone asks you a question then why not reply to it? There are lot of people who come on this board who would love to hear what you have to say when it comes to training and nutrition. There are lot of people who don't post here but still read this board on daily basis.

If someone is being a troll then just answer the question where it can benefit true fans and ignore the troll comments.  There are lots of ways of being helpful while at same time ignoring trolls.

There's a difference between asking a question and using a question as an excuse for throwing an insult. Gene is always busting Bob's balls like you and his first post is visible for everyone to see, so I'm sure most people here who aren't retarded can easily see why Bob's answer was perfectly justified.

^ I see where you coming from but at the same time if you going to be part of this board then why not answer questions for people who actually want to know and if some dumbass replies to Bob with negative remarks then he should ignore them and move on after answering with real response to real question.

I actually wanted to know if its good idea to drink shakes month or so before the show.

I think it would be really cool of Bob (other pros as well) to have Tip of the week thing going. One tip for pre contest and one tip for off season. I realize that some aholes are going to give him shit but like i said he can post tips for those who really want to know and ignore all the others.

Pro's always talking about giving back to the sport, well thats one way of doing it. It just kills me that most of the time i see pro's post here is only when it involves some sort of drama/fight/argument.

That book is made by the same people from MuscleMag International.
That company is famous for attaching peoples names at the end of a quote. They'll say something like "You should never walk and eat at the same time, because you will swallow more air-Jay Cutler"  and in the article it comes from it will go on to say "...because you'll feel fuller and be unable to eat more mass building food."

I wouldn't trust anything that book says, or who it says does what.

I don't think in Chic's head a scientist with multiple doctorates could convince Chic he's wrong, most people will concede at some point, with Chic it's like a fight to the death, even when he's clearly wrong.

Well... I would say that I did this. He long insinuated that he never broke the law, and always had scripts for his gear. I pointed out that he admitted on this site that he had used Insulin for contest prep, he then called me a Jackass, and claimed, (rather foolishly), that anyone could buy Humalog over the counter, and that he did no wrong by doing so..... Aftwords many of us, (including myself, Milos, and even one of Chicks former...err... "Associates" told him that is was impossible to legally buy Humalog without a script, (at least in L.A.).

He has yet admit that he was wrong, or put his foot in his mouth, but to be fair, I don't think I will push this issue any longer... If Chick wants to insult our collective intelligence, by trying to pretend that he is without faults, or that Pro Bodybuilding is in a great state of affairs then let him. He is only lying to himself, and making himself look foolish. I will not harbor any ill will towards him.

First...YOU didn't know yourself if HumaLOG was any different than HumaLIN...so don't try and include yourself with the all-knowing Milos, etc...your "collective intelligence" is relegated to what you read on Getbig...

Second, I did say I always had scripts...for steroids. I never had a script for Insulin, and never claimed to...nor did I think you needed one for either Humalin OR Humalog (as I never claimed to be any authority on the subject)...I was told to pick it up by the trainer I was working with at the time....which Is what I did. Walked in, asked for it, was handed it, paid whatever cheap price it was at the time, and walked out....PERIOD.


So what is it,exactly, that you believe me to be wrong, o put my foot in my mouth?  Whats most disturbing, is that you have brought this up no less than a dozen times to the point that I believe you to be a borderline stalker, or obsessed, or both....
