I would say i am more endomorph, i stay as lean as possible but never able to be ripped like some i see and i was always very strong at the basic movements.
I train very few sets as it's all i need, reps do not matter as long as i hit failure, i change it all the time.
When i was younger i did lower reps around 6 but i did get strong enough that those weights were a little scary in terms of hurting something so i have stuck with 10-12 since then.
