I do admit that I have lost lots of weight and just haven't been eating 'right' (in the BB sense) but seriously..when i do get to over 200lbs, my face gets all bloated, i take like 6 shits a day, it takes tons of time and work to wake up, prepare food..ect ...So i have for the last 6 months or so just been living like a normal person and attending to 'career' matters and what not. I will soon join the 'Jan 1 Rush' with the 'fatties' ...but till then i just do cardio (3 times a week Mon. night, Sat. Morn and Sun Afternoon and I play ball on Tue and Wed)... I need this break so when i get into it again imma be fully focused...
