Ever notice how guys who have bad arms always have bad calves too?

yeah, i notice that. But there is at least one exception, wich is that guy who won just one olympia...chris dickenson i think. He had zero arms, but great calves

one thing i find interesting is also the relation with calves and forearms

dan

You have worked hard, no doubt

however

I have never read one training routine in 30 years
I have always known growth is genetic...offer general resistance and you will be what you will be

there are no new angles or secrets

how did you get your pro card? could not have been in US or English show

How did he get a Pro Card? Maybe Chick gave him one for services.

Dan Hill is delusional if he thinks he will even get ONE SINGLE CALLOUT at his pro debut. He will place 16th with 10 others. Dan may be a hard training athlete but he doesn't have the genetic make-up to be a pro bodybuilder. And I am saying pro bodybuilder because this guy should NOT even be a pro.  ::)

no,,no...6-8 sets two times per week is enough if you do specialization training. otherwise 4-5 sets every 5th day is more than enough for biceps and triceps if you work intensely.

Or use nolotil

i built my arms up to 22 inches and i never did more than 4-5 set for biceps and triceps. if you take more than a total of 20min to work arms your training too heavy and should stop talking so much

6-12 reps
