whatever happend to buying the records  ::)
you can transfer the cds to your computer then to your ipod.
If you download somthing on itunes, you can then only play it on itunes as the format dosen't work with windows media player etc.

hmm that first song of yours i beared to listen to it for 30 seconds, are you aware of sounds and voices picked up only by the subconcious mind? that song sounds like pure evil worshiping.

metallica maybe overpaid but smaller bands arn't often they need a real job aswell.

Im glad pircay hurts pop/hip hop artists though since they are seriously overpaid and the music they produce is garbage.

Agree, limewire is a terrible program. it looks like evertime i install that shit my computer starts to steer off to a nightmare.

the only program for mp3 downloading i liked was Napster. it was simple and terrific.

Ah, the good ole days before Lars got it practically shut down. He thought Napster was the reason metallica got sh*tty sales in the mid90s-2000 when it was sh*tty albums. Thats cool there are many sources today free and pay that you can get anything in high quality.

Where do you get your songs?  Is limewire still a good source?  I used to go there.  Or does everyone do it legally and buy them?  I don't know much about teh computers so that's why I ask.
Go to iTunes and register then either load all your old cd's or PURCHASE  songs for about .99 on the iTunes  page. Its simple once you get used to it   but it can curn your credit card if you get crazy with it.    I've been purchasing old songs from the 80's   black and white music.

Limewire and Ares are garbage for music.

Torrents or Soulseek are vastly better for music.

Soulseek has tons of obscure music you won't find anywhere else. You can get full cds or discographies at 192-320 kbps as well. Anything less than 192kbps and it sound like a fucking a.m. radio.

Tons of blues, jazz, metal etc.

Artists barely make any money on selling cds anyways. They make the dough in advertising and shows/concerts. If anything dling music for free gave me the opportunity to listen to more and diverse music and concluding that most music sucks ass anyways. Besides, when you buy an artists cd, its usually a one hit wonder and the rest of it is garbage.

LOL good points.  Agree with them all.  CD's are dead surprised to still see them in large amounts in stores like Bestbuy. Why should the little man get so ripped off buying expensive Cd's for 2 songs on there.  On file sharing sites you can just browse the catalog and download what you want for free and not help some lazy ass rock star get rich while you bust your ass paying for the stupid Cd's.

I used to use MiniNova but can see the law must be scaring them cause they have basically shut the site down  >:(  I hope to find another site like it soon?
