I have been commissioned by MuscleMeds to create a documentary about one of the most interesting BBs on the scene today...Kai Greene. It has been one of the most difficult things I've ever done, in a large part because I am trying to do it quickly. Of course I want it to be as good and interesting as possible and so I keep tweaking it.
There's a saying in this business "A film is never finished, it's just abandoned!"
There comes a point when you have to stop tweaking and release it to the world. That point is coming soon! Keep your eye out next week for the first preview video clip from
Kai Greene: OVERKILL!

Kai in Vegas about two weeks before the Olympia.
To create this documentary I visited Kai in Brooklyn several times, spent three days with him and his trainer Oscar Arden in Las Vegas and spent this past weekend wrapping up the videotaping, doing interviews and shooting footage in the gym as Kai begins to warm up to prepare himself to take the Arnold Classic for the second time.

Although much of what went on in and around the Olympia is already known and interviews have been posted, I dug a little deeper. If you think you know Kai Greene this DVD may surprise you. This video will contain some intense workout footage but it will also reveal a little about Kai's spirituality and philosophy of life as well as some behind the scenes information, including a discussion of what
really "went wrong" at the Olympia.
Although MuscleMeds is sponsoring the documentary this won't be a "commercial". There will be plenty of good information about MuscleMeds products interspersed throughout the DVD for those who are interested, but the documentary will be separate and "pure". Gerard Dente has given me free reign to tell the story that I want to tell. That's a rare thing and I thank him for that.
