i spoke to dave palumbo today in person

he came to a supp store in my hometown

gave a seminar

bought his peanut butter iso protein-smells good

spoke to him about foods that cause acne!
he said he avoids his chocolate protein powder cuz it makes him break out!

he said carbs feed the beast(acne bacteria)

he looked enormous

i sat next to joel

2 big guys were there wearing species clothing

no -he had jeans on...but had the species tank top on w a black opened shirt over it...his arms were huge

I think he's doing pretty well with his website.  I suppose he and John figured they would make more money working by themselves and they were probably correct.

nope-it was tommy ks in research park

willgrant-lol-yes he sells them too...his fiber supp is tasty but ive never tried his mac nut oil-its 30 dollars compared to the 11 bucks i pay for NOW brand
