how often do you eat?

another thread made me think about how often people on here eat?

how many of you guys are following the old bodybuilding myth about having to eat 6 times per day? (every third hour)

If I were a cook I would eat the whole day. Now it is 5-6 times

i could not get all those calories in in less than 5-6 meals a day

i'm kinda sick of food at the moment... i eat clean, carbs and proteins so around 3500-4000cals on most days. remember it's clean calories...

i eat 2-3 main meals only every day.. between them i may drink milk, herbal teas, eat fruits ... etc

Is it only me that think the old myth, eat every 2-3 houer is just bullshiet!  Do u drive to the petrol station to twice a day just to fill up 1/5 of your gas tank?
