Exampel 2. Blood sugar levels are just bullshit. Fill your stomach to 100% with one meal and u will have energy at least for 6 houers. When u start feeling the hunger again just eat. No more sciences than that needed.

Wrong , huge insulin spikes are no good for BF % or performence , they make you tired and listliss.
As a diabetic I take in smaller more frequent meals to keep BG stable and the advisors to this "beleive" everyone should follow this protocol of eatting for correct BG control.

No , you are using yourself as an example so if you are using PED's it changes the whole equation.
How big is your waist and what is your bf% if you are fat then yes you are taking in to many calories it doesnt matter if its 3 or 6 meals , but I bet if you lowered those 3 meals a day to get leaner you would get better results through feeding every few hours.

Knowledge huh? Im currently in study in both those feilds you mention to learn more , so far for athletic performence or people wanting to get "in shape" the smaller more frequent meals is recomended. Its a worldwide certification meaning I can use it anywhere in the world.

For BB purposes do you really think 2-3 large meals a day is better than smaller more frequent?

for a start you will need 1.5- 2.2 of protein per pd of bodyweight, for someone that is over 250pd like you thats over 500grms of protein a day , in 3 meals?  maybe more  ???

i give up...and why are you using extreme examples?

you talk about knowledge (the certification you mention) yet you refuse to look at the the science that clearly proves what im saying.

My post comes from personal experience as far as my bodys response goes........been eating 5-6 meals or more per day for decades,not just reading about it or looking at studies where no bodybuilders are even involved.

thats anecdotes and like i explained in a training thread anecdotes dont let you seperate factors from each other. so you can be doing a+b+c+d and get result Z...but you cant tell which factor is doing what.

there is nothing wrong with eating 5-6 times per day..if its suits you and your life..but its not better than eating 3 meals per day when it comes to body composition. makes no difference. but i suspect nothing i say will convince you wes.

Now Will has a point here, diabetic's need more regular frequent meals to stabilize blood sugar...but not sure on people without diabetes..

insulin is a much more complicated hormone than you understand. also you cant compare diabetics to healthy people. come on man

if you are healthy blood sugar should be no problem at all..a healthy person will have very stabile blood sugar levels.

Wave,yes I have but I always felt bloated.

When I was much younger and had a fast metabolism,I would eat 3 large meals in an effort to gain weight.

It worked,but again,being a smaller person,I felt stuffed all the time.

Answer the questions and refute the points I pose in my posts toward you instead of skipping around them.

How can you even entertain the thought that those are "extreme" examples?  people wanting to get in shape? , you putting yourself as an example but will not back your example up?

We are on a BB forum , you are here for that I assume? then why not answer those BB based questions instead of "giving up"
You say you read a shitload but book smarts dont better real world experience , you claim to be 124kg , so are you fat and out of shape and do you use PED's?

I used to eat the way you claim to eat , but changed to the smaller more frequent feedings and everything changed for the better but your science says Im wrong ???

Interesting, sounds more like a convenience thing though. In my case, I was always hungry when I ate 6 small meals a day. For me it's more convenient to only eat once or twice a day.

I think you missed my point , for stable BG control smaller more frequent feeding is better than 3 large meals not just in diabetics but in healthy people to..larger feasts cause insulin spikes which cause havoc with energy and also are not favourable for bf composition.Do you think a "healthy" person does not get insulin spikes , come on man  :D

Well it's different to say do what works best for you (convenience wise), which I agree with, than to make general statements like "more frequent meals increase metabolic rate", which is just not supported by science.

no dont make into a issue about me..im not unique and neither are you. if you actually take the time to read up on the science you would soon realize that what im saying is true. i see no reason to continue this discussion as you will just refute anything that science says but saying its not real world experience.

im not fat and out of shape. i have loads of real world experience and have helped people diet for shows and have used set ups with 2 meals per day up to set ups with 6 meals per day.

Go look and you will find , like I said you can twist studies all you want , I know what works for me and the hundreds of others Ive seen it work for over the years..

Ive seen people come to the gym over the years and been eatting the way you say but not enhanced there performence or be the way they want to be , all things being equal e.g enough calories but the wrong type of calories they change it around to the smaller more frequent feedings take in the right sort of foods , not the chinese all you can eat for lunch like yourself and get on the right track within weeks , these are real people in the real world but your science says they are doing it wrong even though they failed your way in alot of cases for many years.

 blood sugar wont be an issue for healthy people.

as for insulin spikes...so what? more frequent meals with give you more frequent insulin spikes ...it doesnt take much to spike insulin (small meals will spike insulin). yes healthy people do get insulin spikes and they should get insulin spikes. do you know why?  like i said insulin is a complex hormone and if your gonna discuss it you should know more about the hormone. insulin is the most misunderstod hormone among bodybuilders.

I have helped many people who had great success as soon as they realized that most restrictions of traditional "bodybuilding" diets are irrelevant. Both anecdotal evidence.
