This bullshit quote error is really making conversation difficult.
Like I said Luv2Hurt, the conditioning is something your regular gym guy doesn't know about and is impressive. The mass, though, well there are plenty of guys here putting in the work. There isn't *that* much science involved in gaining that mass. Train hard, take steroids or don't. That's the difference. There's probably a few moments when you've done a 10 minute google to find an exercise that specifically targets a weak part, but overall, there's not that much science in putting mass on. It's conditioning that I grant you is a challenge.
