drugs make you big but do dont change the shape of your muscles.. if your shape is bad all drugs in the world wont help.. hope this helps :-X

Hmm..I'm still saying no photoshop.

Even if it was photoshopped, his right arm still wouldn't be that much bigger - look at the size of his shoulder, tricep, forearm and wrist in comparison.
