Ultram ,The Dr's dirty lil secret

Its seems that Doctors these days, are telling people to take Ultram,-Tramadol because its non narcotic, and non habit forming,lol.Please tell that to a Good friend of mine, and a nurse friend of mine who were so hooked on it, they couldn't get off of it.Now I know Pain Killers like Loritabs, Percosets, and oxycotons have become and epidemicThere are so many people hooked on pain killers it is actually showing up in our water!!! Thats right.People are taking so much medication that its showing up in our water system!!!!!
 
.Now back to Tramadol-Ultram ,Ultracet its seems that alot of people are now finding out that this so-called non narcotic pain killer can be just as addictive.If you look at the chemical structure and how Ultram works in the body, it acts like a narcotic pain killer, but they don't consider it narcotic.The problem is Dr's Gets pushed by the drug reps who tell them how great this non narcotic pain killer is...The problem is Ultram is just as habit forming as Loritabs, and have just as bad of withdrawals.
If you don't believe me look up Ultram Addiction....Its everywhere.Nothing will ruin your life faster then addiction!!!!
Thank god I have never been addicted to anything, but there are some people who are less fortunate.So fellas, if a Dr's prescribes you Ultram, or Tramadol, and tells you its not habit forming, hand him the prescription back and say, no thank you.
I know this has nothing to do with bodybuilding, but alot of bodybuilders start with pain killers, then they graduate to Nubaine.This is an unfortunate addiction that ruined bodybuilders life, like Eric Fromm.....May he rest in Peace.......

I've never felt it give me a buzz or anything like vicodin, but it does a fantastic job at killing pain, much better than vicodin, percoset, or similar.

i was on tramadol for 6 months for a clinical sleep study. when the study was over i stopped taking them and had no want for them.....my friend on the other hand is fully addicted to tramadol and begs his doctor for the shit.

I know a guy who used a couple of grams a day and claimed he wasn't addicted and could stop any time. Probably still addicted to the stuff. And when you take more than 400mg per day there's a big chance of seizures. The addicts use benzos to counteract the seizures, so they are really addicted to 2 classes of drugs which are a bitch to get off of. The guy I know has had many seizures causing different injuries.

Youngblood, The reason for this  is the water you use goes down the drain and is cleaned,and  treated at a water treatment plant .Then it goes back into the water supply .It is pretty sick because they just basically just add chlorine to it ....Thats why I don't drink tap water........Anyways  they did a test and they found trace amounts of pain killers, and Antidepressants, in the water system in big cities, like Las Vegas, San Francisco, and New York

I got a script for tramadol once when I had a nasty ass infected ingrown toe nail. It hurt pretty bad and still did even when I took the meds. So I only took it twice and never again. Back then I had no clue how potentially addictive tramadol is and I wish the fuckin doctor had told me. Epic risking getting hooked on opiates for a fucking ingrown toe nail LMAO

Van, they suggest the maximum dosage is 400mg per day.That would be 8-50 mg pills per day, which to me seems like alot.I guess they now have 200 mg time released Ultram.The problem with Ultram is it interferes with antidepressants and can cause Serotonin Syndrome, which can kill you .The problem is a person goes to one doctor to get antidepressants, then goes a diffrent Doctor for there Ultram.Most people are to ashamed to say they are taking a SUI, Serotonin uptake inhibitor.Little do they know that lil secret could be deadly
I know that there is a medication called Gabapentin that will stop the interaction between the drugs,, but I personally would just avoid the medication all together.
Think about this, 400mg a day is the maximum dosage.That is 8-50mg pills a day.I don't know about you, but 8 pills a day of even aspirin is high.I have seen a nurse, and a good friend get so strung out on Ultram, they both had to check into rehab.....

I'm still wondering how it gets into the water system to begin with. I get addicted to the stuff, then I drink from a cup, pour the rest down the drain and then it runs back into the system and voila~ into the water system it is?

Tramadol itself inhibits the reuptake of serotonin.

The guy I talked about was on gabapentin as well, along with all manner of benzos. Rohypnol, Valium, Xanax, anything he could get. Still didn't stop the seizures. Of course he was taking a lot of Tramadol, prescribed pills along with illicit powder Tramadol. It didn't use to be scheduled here, but is now AFAIK, due to the rampant abuse.

To answer the tap water question.People are consuming so much pain medication that there body isn't absorbing all of the medication, therefore they urinate it out.This is how it is getting into the water system.You guys have no idea how bad prescription medication abuse is.If you knew you would be shocked.I have a friend of mine who is an addiction therapist.....He says its no common for a girl who weighs 120lbs to come into his office claiming to take 20-30 loritabs a day, sometimes more.Do you realize that if those Loritabs have 500mg of Tylenol combined with the Opiate, that 10-15 grams of Tylenol a day.They say 5 grams of Tylenol can be toxic, anymore can be fatal...This Doctor has told me he has had patients that have taken 50 and even 100 Loritabs per day.I said you got to be kidding, he looked me in the eyes, and said,...I wish I was.
He is the one who has also told me about the Ultram push now.....He says, now Doctors are pushing Ultram, and now he has to get them off of Ultram after these doctors get them hooked.
You want to hear something funny? He had a nurse who came to him with a major addiction.....Guess what it was?  ....Ambien,lol.
This crazy ass female nurse was taking 30 Ambien per day, and functioning, lol.She was a good looking nurse so she had docs writing her prescriptions.I cant even take 1 Ambien, and function.This chic was taking 30, and working, lol.
She is really really lucky she didn't go into a coma.....lol
If you want to hear wild stories, befriend an addiction doctor......He wont say names because its confidential, but alot of his patients are nurses and doctors., lol.
He had teacher who was huffing 20 cans of the computer air duster that you buy at an office supply to get dust out of your keyboard,,lol.He would do this while teaching kids, lol......

I've had a script for Tramadol because of a back issue for 3-4 years now.  I take them randomly when I need them.  30 pills probably lasts me months.

GetItOnWithGuYs is dumb, and the only person who would make a thread to say that if you abuse a drug it is bad for you.  WOW REALLY?  hahahaha
