Temper your an idiot! There are some people who go to the Doctor, get a prescription of Ultram, or Tramadol, and think its non narcotic and non habit forming.....Thats until they try to get off of it, 3-6 months later.I know a lot of people who when they get injured stay on prescription medication for several months.Before they know it when they don't take the medication, they feel sick, have the runs,.and cant sleep.Because no one told them they prescription medication is very addictive.I have known at least 50 people who got hooked on Ambien, Xanax,Loritabs,OXY'S,Perc's, and even Prozac.Most people don't know this but if you stop taking any of the medications I mentioned after just taking them 2 months you will have nasty withdrawals.I had a friend of mine who was depressed stopped taking cymbalta because it was making him nervous.When he stopped taking it he had such bad panic attacks he went to the hospital because he thought he was having a heart attack.The bottom line is Americans are over medicated

Van, they suggest the maximum dosage is 400mg per day.That would be 8-50 mg pills per day, which to me seems like alot.I guess they now have 200 mg time released Ultram.The problem with Ultram is it interferes with antidepressants and can cause Serotonin Syndrome, which can kill you .The problem is a person goes to one doctor to get antidepressants, then goes a diffrent Doctor for there Ultram.Most people are to ashamed to say they are taking a SUI, Serotonin uptake inhibitor.Little do they know that lil secret could be deadly
I know that there is a medication called Gabapentin that will stop the interaction between the drugs,, but I personally would just avoid the medication all together.
Think about this, 400mg a day is the maximum dosage.That is 8-50mg pills a day.I don't know about you, but 8 pills a day of even aspirin is high.I have seen a nurse, and a good friend get so strung out on Ultram, they both had to check into rehab.....

Again this is incorrect do you know anything about first pass metabolism? well the drugs go into the body and they come out in most cases as metabolites, or waste products. They are not the same, most of the time they are inactivated by-products. Also, you are suggesting we are drinking urine and crap? do you know anything about water treatment?

OMG it can cause seizures? OMG so can wellbutrin a popular NRT and anti-depressant. OMG combining drugs may have adverse effects? holy shit thanks dude, i bet tylenol and alcohol mix well. Did you know that drinking your face off and taking clonazepam can kill you? It is not pushed as a non-narcotic painkiller, look at the studies, the withdrawal is mild if not abused and taken within range and tapered. Did you know that xanax can cause seizures if you take it for a while and aburptly stop it? um alot of things are addiciting if the patients do not take the medication properly what can we do? We know xanax is addictive, the opiates are addictive etc... its fucking common knowledge. You are not informing anyone, and you have displayed terrible ignorance by routinely citing wrong information and downright lies, like ultram in the fucking water.

Im not doubting addiction, i have taken k-pins for three years now responsible, no side effects, no addiction, no more then twice a week, no more then 1mg which is more important. But, what is a epidemic is all the people addicted to oxy, Vic, etc. And theytry and pass fraudulent scripts, or pretend that they are docs to okay a script, or shoplift and pawn the items to feed their addiction. I see tons of them. One guy climbed thru the ceiling of a supermarket and dropped down into the pharmacy, got what he needed and climbed back up. He was seen in the warehouse section, in the rafters like he was spiderman. If you live near a Pawnshop, go in one, you might see China sets or tablesets that have belonged in the family for years and have been passed down, chances are they were pawned off by a addict.

It's sad now that supermarkets have cameras now in the toothpaste and men's shaving section, even having those goods locked up in glass front cages. All because addicts steal these and pawn them, and these are some of the favorite items---along with frozen shrimp.
