565lb Bench at 148lbs

Elitefts sponsored athlete. And you guys thought my 535lb bench was impossible.

I have heard of this guy before and he is a strong dude, but these lifts are with a bench shirt on, squat and deadlift suite on. I have a lot of respect for powerlifters, but I have seen guys that could only do in the 500's raw then throw on a bench shirt and be able to do in the low 600's. The shirts and suites help way to much. Have ever watched a guys shirt rip in midlift? Guess what happens, that weights falls right back on him.

yep fuck them shirts and fuck that much of an arc in your back....take the shirt off put your legs up to keep your back flat and watch the bench total drop 200+lbs

Ever seen a bench shirt rip?? I don't want to say its funny, but when you see one rip the weights comes right back down on the chest where it was pressed off of.
