Alnassak is much shorter if I'm not mistaken

Those bones pictures were taken shortly after coming back from a US trip that lasted for months... Little to no exercise with shit food and binge drinking. Hadn't checked my weight in a while and didn't realize that I had lost 4-5kg. So my mistake uploading those pictures in the first place.


But sure Alnassak has made some great progress in the gym and obviously got shredded and I'm not denying that and that's not really why I make fun of him either... it has all to do with the stupid faces he does and the retarded impression he gives here on the boards.

alnassak is shorter than you = so what??.. if you are not big it's better not to be tall by the way so in your case your being tall is against you
