NO, do NOT have him take 2 -3 tabs of hydrochlorothyazide all at once especially if he has cut water to a couple oz while taking in carbs.  I wouldn't have him do lasix either, but it's his decision i guess...
he's only worked out 2 months?    just cut water and carb..pump up and take the pics.. he'll be happy, he's only competing against himself

I just had him eat some carbs and that was it

no diuretics

took the pics

this guy has amazing discipline

I told him exactly what to do and he did it to a T

Now .... he never worked out before in his life

He is  k1 FIGHTER

I will post pics as soon as I download them

He used to be really really fat , like 240 with no muscle at 6'

I got him at 7-8% and 173 lbs natural just diet cardio and weightlifting

I think he got awesome results. His dream was to have a nice sixpack. I'm proud of him.

i did, but then i quit lifting for a couple months and am just getting back into it.  trying to get my strength back for now before dieting again.

i was working some long hours 70-80 hrs a week for a while.  It was just to busy to be lifting after work, so thats why i took a break.

I see, I did that for a year (70 hr weeks), it's not easy to keep up motivation.

I helped this guy go to 7 % bodyfat. Today he wants to take pictures

I have him eating carbs nonstop until tonight in addittion to not drinking water ... should he take a little diuretic too ?

Let me know about ideas ... about 5-6 hours until we take the pics

i think diuretics may affect his muscles fullness!!.. they take water from muscles too!..

tiny twink, but good rippedness.  Needs to add 50 pounds of muscle.

Here's the guy and my training partener

again : been working out seriously for 2 months, dieted and did cardio

6 feet tall, 173lbs, I'm guessing 8 % bodyfat

So he's a K1 fighter?
Yet he was super obese before he started 'working' with you?
So A.How is it if youre so knowledgable you look like shit yourself? and
B.Why do you lie so much?
