Question regarding diuretics

I helped this guy go to 7 % bodyfat. Today he wants to take pictures

I have him eating carbs nonstop until tonight in addittion to not drinking water ... should he take a little diuretic too ?

Let me know about ideas ... about 5-6 hours until we take the pics

At 7% body fat unless hes doing a show stay away from that shit most bb will get from 3% to 5% for a show diuretics are not needed if you diet correctly

poor guy endured enough diet crap

we decided to stop and take pics today

first time ever dieting or lifting weights .. he's been doing it for 2 fucking months !

He used to be VERY fat and this was his dream ...to have ripped abs ..and I helped him achieve it.

The idea behind a LITTLE diuretic is to create a more ripped effect/illusion

I'm waiting for seasoned experts to chimme in ..

This will be done tonight so let me know what else can we add to not drinking water and eating lots of carbs to get the "ripped" look

um Ive done may BB shows and when you're draining water you eat no carbs a few days before a show and the day of you eat a little at a time because when you no carb you become flat,its called carbing up so you stay ripped but you're muscles swell.
Again if hes not doing a show then eat regular amount of carbs....

definition - is separation between muscle groups
ripped- the actual separation of the muscle creating lines within the muscle

Aren't you supposed to have enough water intake so that your muscles retain the glycogen (2,6g of water per gram of glycogen)? If you're totally dehydrated (and using diuretics aims in that direction), what's the point of your carb loading?

I figured out with some carbs after a couple of very low carb days he'll get a better pump when pumping up a little before the pictures

I was 182 there and steroid free..took me 2 months to look like that from the pic above where you make fun of my normal body

anyway..this guy saw this pic in jeans and wanted to look like this.. I told him 2 months I can get him this ripped... he didn't believe me..1 and 1/2 months later here we are. Needless to say he is a believer now !

It doesn't matter how many times you post your picture here it does not change the unfortunate cards you have been dealt by your parents regarding your eastern european eaghead look - and I have send you image around the office and apart from one coworker everybody said you're pretty fugly - 1 out of 20 is not that bad you may say but keep in mind that war-pig that wouldnt reject is probably the most disgusting human being I have seen in all  my life - so it's pretty save to say... yep your ugly.

there was no carb loading or water manipulation in the above photos.  these were just photos taken while i was doing a very low-carb diet.  



the last one is after a show i finished.  i had already eaten some pizza, drank gatorade, lots of water, etc.  


i think in general, its best to just low carb diet, take pictures in the morning when you first wake up, or after you get done working out.  those are the times you look your best.  

the water manipulation might make some difference, but i leave that to the guys who do bbing for a professional living.

Have him take lasix (furosemide) 20mg 4-6 hours apart... one tab in the morning, one in the afternoon (lasix lasts 6 hours, hence the name LAsts SIX hours) then 20 minutes before pictures have him drink some high sugar fruit juice (fruit punch, cranberry, etc.) should come out great.

NP, if you only have access to hydrochlorothiazide's, take one 25mg in the morning..it's stronger then lasix

aldactone is the weakest of the bunch, he can go up to 50mg (2 tabs)

just remember to take them early (before) dinner time otherwise he'll be getting up every 15 minutes to piss in the midle of the night (heh, made that mistake once!)
