hey everyone! okay, so i've joined this new gym which is cheap only 15.00 a month and only a mile away from my house, it's very new and pretty darn big, but what sucks is ...
why do people act like a gym is the fricking nightclub or bar?!
i mean i know it's just exercising and were not curing cancer or promoting world peace, but jeez!
i go around the same time every day and there is always the same 8 guys who are there before i get there and still there after i leave and i swear all they do is monopolize the various machines, yap, yap, yap and yap some more loudly i might add to each other and across the room, and never stop talking! ever! ever! their the type of guys who do 30 sets of chest exercises with bad form, there for 3 hours and think they have done a "real"workout! and then go home and eat shit and drink shit!
hell, last monday the two women that hang out with them and "work out" with them, actually brought in cookies! and yes, each guy took one cookie and then proceeded to eat them in the workout area! how fricking rude and stupid can you get! besides the fact your not supposed to be eating in a fricking gym area as it is! and cookies!
i feel bad for the trainers there who want to go over all the equipment with their new clients and sit down with them and they have to listen and talk over all this constant yapping from these people!
i know, i know i need to go at a differerent time or at least buy an ipod so i can totally tune out these people! it just amazes me how people can be so damn self absorbed and dont' realize this is NOT THE CLUB PEOPLE!
so imagine me trying to concentrate on doing for instance heavy shoulder dumbbell presses and being surrounded by all these people just talking nonstop and crap!
hell, i went into the showers afterwards and then i get dressed and then their in the locker rooms still talking loudly! talk about bug the shit out of people!
2)another thing that is irritating at my new gym: the shower stalls! why in the hell can't men take a fricking shower correctly? these brand new shower stalls (like 3 small rooms each with a closed glass door) always have water all over the floor, even though there is a shower curtain to close and the floor is raised up above near the drain so water technically should be draining into the drain and not getting over the place. and yet, every time i go to take a shower, there is water literally floating on the floor 6 feet away from the actual shower/shower head? what the hell, are people that damn stupid they don't know to use the shower curtain? do they like getting out of the shower and walking in the water on the floor of the previous showerer?! it's fricking gross!
hell, a few days ago, i find 2 rolled up wet facecloths left in the shower stall? who in the hell does this animals?!! and yesterday 2 used band aids on the fricking shower stall floor!
sorry to go on and on, but i had to get this off my chest.
LMAO, Ok I'm a chick and know what you are referring to, however I just get my workout in and laugh it off, make fun of these dousche bags and sometimes take pics send them to my friends, like the one idiot was orange, wearing his 'best puma suit' with his slicked back hair dark sun glasses doing the finger point through out the gym like he's a frickin' rock star saying "hey how you doin'" please doushe bag! Check out these video clips, I love them, shit if you a doushe bag you better be dancing between reps when you are not lifting....lmao
