Why are there woman only gyms and not the other way around? And other questions

Question one:
So I drove past a woman only gym - its called Butterflies ::)
Aaaaaanyways, got me thinking, why are females allowed to have woman only gyms and if men start a male only club (excample: golfing) they end up infront of the European court because some butch lesbian war-horse feels their human right have been jepordised.

Question two:
Today I hear in the news that a 15 year old had sex with a 14 year old - it was consensual sex on both parties - the parents found out and some dickweed sockermom got all shocked that her little angle had dirty sex and sued the boy.

Now get this...

By law!!!! only the boy can be charged NOT the girl, if he is found guilty he could go away for 5 years and will have a sex offender record for the rest of his life.

Just have a gym with a minimum of mirrors, no a/c, no cardio machines, few weight machines, no showers and 80% of the members are ex-cons and then it becomes pretty much a male only gym. The few females that train there are A-OK. Oh, and no text-messaging, shadow boxing, TapOut twinks.

This gym that I do most of my training at is adjacent to a half-way house.

....however, that same gym has a "Light's out" night where they turn out the lights after 6pm- read between the lines on that one

I know the owner,he said it consists of a threadmill,a multi station cheap set-up and ont dumbell,and a dark room and showers haha

There was a story in the news yesterday in the UK news that two 10 year-old boys had raped an 8 year old girl. It was somewhere in south London. Something tells me they weren't white.
