nasser always liked roman chair sit ups also seated leg raises on a bench (often with extra weight...=small dumbbell)..but he did do cable crunches and reverse crunches too...also seen him do machine crunches so he would do alot of different exercises

No not team Nasser, but he had a good physique he got ripped off a couple of times I think..

def won mr olympia in 96-97 and also was robbed in grand prix a afew times

yes nasser's abs may be the best among all mass monsters.. if you have a naturally good abs you dont need to do much to have it look great, just a proper diet and normal training.. i have ''abs wheel'' in my roof gym, very strong exercise!!..

ab wheel is excellt exercise..its different type of exercise compared to crunch variation but studies have showed its maybe the best ab stimulator there is.

its a good idea to do...ab wheel+ some form of weighted crunches...+some kind of leg raise. this is perfect combination for abs.
