Ha ha.
The left is in outright revolt. Hysterical.
Revolt? Hmmm... I think this is more indicative of how differently libs and cons react to a president who isn't doing what they expect of him Conservatives hung on for dear life to the last administration. For better or worse, that isn't really how libs have traditionally operated. With the exception of the absolute fringes of both parties, I think there is a bigger difference between the left and the far left than there is between the right and the far right.
Getbig wouldn't let me post yesterday, but I did read a threadpost you started about how Obama losing DU meant it was over. The thing is DU was significantly anti-Obama leading up to the election, on the night of the election and throughout most of the year. The left doesn't really look to Olbermann, Maddow, et al for talking points to repeat ad nausea um like the right does for Beck, O'reilly, limbaugh, etc. You've said that you were banned from Freep for not supporting Bush. I've been banned a few times as well.
I actually agree with a lot of what Olbermann is saying in that clip. I don't see that Olbermann is throwing Obama overboard or even necessarily bashing him, but using his position as a liberal in the media to influence. I think that during Bush's presidency, specifically the second half, a lot of the conservatives supported him on an "us. vs them" basis.
