My Old High school mate, Tristin McCould, just contacted me on Facebook.... since he is now 41.... I have to say he is in great shape.... he's 6 foot 2" and about 250..... just amazing he has stayed in such great shape after all these years.... (I have not seen him since 1990!!).... he is in London and works high end security for people like BECKHAM.... nicest guy you could ever meet... humble and quiet:

Rob, I'll ask him... he went to boarding school with me in Zimbabwe.... I was always in awe of him for his massve size when he was just in his Teens. It's great to be able to chat with someone after so long.... (on Facebook) ... especially from such a strange part of the world....

I agree about the Kermit green shirt! Nice thing is that Tristan would laugh along with us. No ego on him. I used to admire him as a young 13 year old just starting out in the gym.....

He has never competed and never touched synthol. I think he is just a fan of British Dragon.... a great company if you ask me .... ***cough***

Yes!!! LOL! It's surprisingly light for such a huge guy. No GH and no Insulin... ever. (Check how tight his waist is!!!!) Just the basics..... low doses of Deca, Test Cyp, and anavar 10mg. Plus some yellow Winnie tabs to lean out.... low cost cycle! I need to get me some!!!!

Don't get it bent outta shape.... Tristan barely uses anything....... very light doses for 6 weeks and then stays clean for several months. Tristan uses waaaaaay below what any Pro bodybuilder would even use even in their off season. In fact, pro Bodybuilders would scorn him (and I) for the doses we use and tell us that "we are wasting our time". I have had several Pro bodybuilders tell this to me to my face...... Craig Titus laughed so hard at me when i spoke to him .... I thought he was going to fall down in a giggle fit in laughing cramps......... such is life.
