Grant,Your friend looks really good...He has alot of dense, and mature muscle.You can tell he has been training atleast 20 years.Guys this is what I am talking about!!!!
You see guys like Trey Brewer may weigh as much as this dude, but this guy, but this guy is thick and dense.If you have a solid foundation like this guy you really don't need much juice if any.
Right now I am right around 247lbs, and I haven't used gear in almost 3 years.
Grant, the guy looks really really good....Does he compete? He should, he has really really good shape.
No GH guy, and really dense round muscles.This guy obviously has paid his dues in the gym.
He wasn't like Trey, sticking a needle in his ass at 18 .This guy, I bet doesn't lose even 5 lbs when he comes off of stuff.You can tell this is not just another drug body, but a body with alot of mature muscle.
Grant, how is your training going? Grant always had good shape, and really small joints.
Grant I bet if you went on a few hard cycles back in the day, you could have turned pro...You had the small bones, the round muscle bellies, and a very balanced physique.You were a smaller version of Dennis Newman

I agree. My grandfather was into powerlifting and always had huge forearms and a thick neck... signs of a guy that's paid his dues.

Tristan looks very good. Way above your "typical" training 20+ years guy. Brutal arms and a small waist.

John, I thank you (again) for your kind words. Tristan is amazing in that he goes clean for months and still looks big and full. He may lose 5-8 pounds but you barely notice the difference. Your words about the drug game are right on the mark!

As for me.... I got lazy for a while .... after girlfriends/romantic drama...... and not training much .... I lost about 20 pounds.... but I'm back in the gym hitting it hard.... starting a cycle after almost 4 years of being clean .... and SINGLE again .... so I am kinda excited! I doubt I will compete again.... but perhaps I can get a photoshoot here or there.... Alex Ardenti said he's shoot me for an article "40 and Fit".... so that is a nice compliment from him!

Legs were not too bad.... thick big calves..... decent/average quads..... both lacked definition in the bodybuilding sense.... but at his height.... he was always gonna be impressive......(kinda like Sean Allen but without the "tude")

I feel bad saying this stuff.... since i just asked him to post here.... but honesty is the best policy....yes?

I don't believe he's lying. He's got that silverback look with "old" muscle...from years of training.

Even Grant said he used to watch him train at 13...so he's 41 now...18 years of weights will do that. Low doses for 18 years...and presto.

There are guys at my old gym who had that super thick look to them. Some of them juiced but you can tell when somebody has been training for years.

Pluck is right on the money. In Zimbabwe we could only get Organon Deca (100mg) and Upjohn Test cypionate (200mg)... and they both cost an arm and a leg! Ironically, we cannot find these two little jewels in society today....?

But ..back in Zimbabwe we all saved up to buy such luxuries..... and in the meantime trained like animals on 5 protein shakes a day!
