She's a bad parent, "kids do things like this..." had that child gotten a ass whoppin like he was suppose to when he wrong, garanteed he'd wouldn't do anymore dumb shit.

I knew a chick like this in the past (she was dating my buddy), she would never discipline her kid. Kid was a fucking nightmare....but despite what everyone recommended, she just refused to do right and parent her kid. This was years ago.....I bet that little fucker is in Juvy Hall by now, if not prison.
