« on: December 18, 2009, 07:15:53 PM »
Any GetBiggers going to the Fit Expo in LA? I was disappointed the Ironman was canceled... but I'll still be there for the expo.

I will be at the Fit Expo. There will be a number of booths there, including Gaspari, Optimum/ABB, MHP, ALRI, SAN, Labrada, BSN, Champion, TapOut and lots more.  Yes, no Ironman Pro this year, meaning no IFBB pro bodybuilding, which was one of my favorites to start the season.

You will still have the Scot Mendelson Pro Classic, USPF Powerlifting, the All American Strongman Challenge, L.A. Open Martial Arts competition, etc.

Should be interesting to see who will come to the Fit Expo though, without bodybuilding as the lead.  I hear that the Los Angeles Lingerie football team should be there, or at least some of them.

Of course, the Bodybuilding.com Bodyspace Spokesmodel Search finals will be there, where the winners (one male, one female) will be featured on the cover of an upcoming issue of Ironman Magazine.

Can you take some pictures of good looking guys this time (instead of your usual fitness chick parade) and post here?  thanks

It's crazy to think that you can get people to buy a ticket to walk around an expo, which has nearly zero entertainment value, but a bodybuilding show can't survive.  That's like NFL fans going to a game to tailgate, but having zero interest in seeing the game.  Then, the NFL takes the game away because of low attendance, but there's still tailgating every Sunday and fans just pay to use the parking lot.
