$10 mill..........would you open your own gym or just save all the hassle, and go to your local "healthclub gym" and join????? ???

I'd probably build a home gym, but still go train at a normal gym a few times a week.

Id still go to the public gym.  Its way more fun.  The people watching is always off the charts.  Plus you might see some jackass get injured.  The best bonus is the amount smoking college chicks in spandex workout pants.
