Wearing a hat indoors makes about as much sense as wearing a condom to have a wank  ::)

An elephant ass girl can do just as good. ;D
Wrong.
I have taught how to spot squat to a elephant ass girl and she could spot me.

Use a power rack, no need for spotters.

Never heard a term "forced reps"? Power rack doesn't do that for you, you need a spotter. You would know that, if you have some training experience, but you have not.

Just about every one who is training seriously for competitions. As I say, you would know if you have any experience about training, which you have not. Not my fault  ;D

A lot of people we see in the gyms of today, simply should not be allowed in the building.

Most people today know jackshit about how to train and even spot someone.

As they say, no pain, no gain...life is for learning etc. Forced reps are good way to build muscle, so why don't use them with major exercises? And that video-clip show you a proper way to do it, it just looks silly because it is hard to keep your balance with those small weights. If that guy would have 800lb on his shoulders, he wouldn't be so wobbly...Are you finally getting it, or do I have to draw a picture?   8) :o ;D

If i dont, I dont use spotter.
Bouncing up and down on Pacos lap while you're squatting isn't called forced reps. ::)

Well you are the first person I have ever heard of doing forced reps on squats, never seen it done, and would never be stupid enough to do it myself.

Did I say "have to do"? No I didn't, but if you are bodybuilder and serious with your business, I don't know why don't use that as a help...wait..now I know. It look too gay for you homophobic teenagers. Like any other american getbig-brat, you are scared shitless if you have to go in to situation where another man touch you. I pity you poor fools, you don't have a clue how to handle your life with all these fears. Stop crying and realize that if someone ask you to spot his squat, it doesn't necessary mean that you have to stick your cock in his anus. Perhaps he want you to do it, but in the real life it is quite rare in the gym.

Forced reps for squats is unsafe. There are far safer ways of overloading then forced reps.

Thats depending on the reps. 6 reps failure(heavy) with forced reps are dangerous.
But 15-20reps failure with forced reps are not dangerous.

I guess for you a weight you can rep out for 15-20 isn't "heavy". If the spotter is doing most of the work what is the point? How much of the lift are you really performing? Like I said there are much more effective methods of overload and they are safer as well.

Exactly, 15-20reps range is actualy medium or light. I dont use forced reps for helping lifting but i use forced reps for breaking the limit and getting the ultimate burn.

Forced reps for squats = bullshit, nobody that is serious about lifting does these.

Why my knee doesnt have any problem? Because i dont bounce like a fat pig like you. ;)
Don't forget, you have your juiced up, gh-gut, roid monkey to spot you....plus with your stubby little legs, you only have a 3" range of motion. ;)
