could you imagine this grown man , who previously had nothing to do with bodybuilding, sitting in front of his computer all day surfing different bodybuilding message boars for some errant mention of his new "overkill" dvd.........only thing thats overkill is the name of the movie in relation to the snore-inducting storyline

I'm starting to like Kai more and more.

At least when he talks it is interesting. Right now bodybuilding is dominated by one-dimensional characters who are cocky and boring as hell. Like Dexter J, Freeman, etc.

Kai is cool. He just seems like some weirdo who gets stoned way too much and talks about spirituality.
