Sebastiaan "Bas" Rutten is a retired Dutch mixed martial artist (MMA) and kickboxer. He was the UFC Heavyweight Champion, a three time King of Pancrase, and finished his career on a 22 fight unbeaten streak (21 wins, 1 draw). One of his favorite tactics was the liver shot, and he popularized its use in MMA.
theres also a story of him being in a bar and witnessing a guy ruffing up a girl....Bas told the man if he didn't stop he would break his arms....the man continued and Bas promptly slammed the guy then put him in an arm bar broke his arm then spun around to the other arm and broke it as well... :D...ha ha who's gonna wipe that dudes ass he was fucked... 8)

another true warrior!!!

Harold Howard (born 1958) is a Canadian mixed martial artist who earned a blackbelt in Goju-ryu karate under Yogi Israel and later competed in the Ultimate Fighting Championship. He is best known for making it to the final of the Ultimate Fighting Championship's third tournament.

Biography
Howard grew up in Niagara Falls, Ontario where combat was instilled in his nature. He began training at a young age and quickly earned a name for himself at the gym and around his local town both for both his mullet and brash fighting style, once executing a scissor-flip kick similar to that of Japanese pro wrestler Jyushin Lyger during his battle with Steve Jennum in the UFC 3 finals.

Mixed martial arts
Howard's first professional bout was in UFC 3: The American Dream, where his first opponent was Roland Payne. He scored a KO in 46 seconds and went on to face the feared Brazilian, Royce Gracie, who threw in the towel before the contest due to exhaustion from his previous bout. Howard then advanced to the finals of the tournament, since there were no other opponents for Howard to face (the two alternate competitors for the card were already being utilized to replace the injured Ken Shamrock and Keith Hackney).

Howard faced Steve Jennum in the finals. Jennum was an alternate on the card, replacing Ken Shamrock, which meant that Jennum was placed in the finals of the tournament without having to win a single match. Howard would lose to Jennum due to strikes at 1:27. After the fight, an unusually upbeat Howard said during an interview, "Well, I told you, if it worked it worked. But it did and I didn't. So in the end it didn't."

Following his loss to Jennum, he succumbed to two more losses against Mark Hall and Hugo Duarte, both due to submission (strikes). His professional career was cut short by injury after only two years.

[edit] Personal life
Harold is divorced with three children, two sons and a daughter. Currently, Howard does roofing jobs while still operating a small school—Howard’s Self-Defense Systems in Niagara Falls, Ontario. He states, "The best roof I ever put on is the one on my head", in reference to his mullet.

On December 22, 2009 Howard was charged with two counts of attempted murder, two counts of assault with a weapon, attempted breaking and entering, failure to remain, flight from police, dangerous operation of a motor vehicle, mischief and two counts breach of recognizance after being captured by police and crashing his car into the Fallsview Casino.

Mixed martial arts record
Professional record breakdown
5 matches 2 wins 3 losses
By knockout 2 0
By submission 0 3

To be fair, he did send some of the winners of those fights to the hospital while he just walked away.

This fight wasnt fair...i simply dont know why Wand agreed to do this...He never had a chance agains Cro Cop, specially at that time...

all that 'tough guy' staredown to get beat like a little child in the fight... Another reason why i like Fedor, he doesnt need that kind of silly things

that stare down is from their first fight, it finished in a draw but wandy clearly won

agreed about some of the stare downs, i think guys like diego sanchez are just trying to hide their fear

Bodybuilders are warriors too.
They train and diet hard, just to look
huge, cut and intimidating.
Here are two Bodybuilder warriors, they could be getbiggers:

Yeah, she was in a Playboy edition and apparantly looked flawless.   I forgot that Vitor lost his sister..... that was tragic.

This guy Ross Pointon may have had the deepest cut I ever saw..... it looks like even the facia connecting the forehead muscles have torn from the bone?
