never have but me a a couple buddies are going to do a little body fat loss competition after the national title game and I am planning on cutting it almost completely out. I will still probably have a little bit every now and again but nothing like I do now. Im not looking forward to it to be honest but I am looking forward to leaning out pretty good.

Yes and it is crazy hard. I have to move to Jack and Diets if I do want to drink. I'm a total beer whore and live in the land of 1000 microbreweries. I should seriously get a Nobel for my willpower ;D

Come visit me Tony and we shall whore ourselves out to the beer gods. One place in downtown has over 150 beers on tap and not one of them is name brand (Bud, coors etc...)

PS....wipe your chin, you're drooling ;D

I'm not that keen on the taste of beer - if I'm going to have a drink I tend to prefer spirits like rum, whisky and brandy.

It's all about moderation. For me it's not having a few beers - it's the snacks that tend to go with the beer.  :-\

This is my problem too, at least college is almost over and that only leaves the NFL

I find myself asking this question a lot, and ideally yes I would like to give up drinking, but in the end I don't make any money off of training and getting drunk and hooking up with random girls is a lot more fun than having my chest grow that extra 1/2 inch.

Yes in fact quite recently
Booze does put on weight for me but that was not the reason.
My hassel was that booze had become a habit

If you want some good inspiration for giving up alcohol, go look at somebody who has advanced cerosis of the liver. You will have very few drinks for the rest of your life. It aint pretty guys.
