this is my daily workout routine totoalling from 300-400 reps daily i plan on increasing
i use no weights for legs only raw repetitions on squats but i stay on my toes the whole time to burn the calves aswell i usually do 40-60 reps then i pick either one arm bridge oblique crunches on the floor kinda like a pushup with one arm but just supporting with one arm or ill do pushups or bent rows with superior contractions with 40 pound dumbells, i always place hands low on pushups to make it more difficult well below my sholders
i always do squats then one of the above exercises
