I ALWAYS HAVE,,,,bananas,apple and used it when i competed ,i did cut it out but not until few wks out.

Agreed...bananas, apples, kiwi just make sure to limit the amount of fruit.

fruit is awesome for your diet.....I eat lots of it in the morning especially..the natural sugar in fruit cuts your cravings for junk and sweets.....two bananas every morning for breakfast..a banana and apple and pear for lunch...and I eat oatmeal every morning with walnuts..bananas, raisins, and honey.....you get amazing energy and you won't fel hungry all day....you'll forget to eat lunch....try it and see
