How many of u guys are gonna take a break from the gym over christmas and get messed up most days?? I for one finish work today and not back in until the 4th January - let the boozing commence !!

Exactly - i cant understand these people that wont give themselves a week or 2 off from the gym every now and then - and they dont even compete
