You're right. My wife's friend has fake tits and had them under the muscle and I acutally got to feel them one night. They were very natural compared to the other fake tits I have felt . Thank god for advances in plastic surgery

Wrong about saline being the preferred implant - it was like that in the 90s but no longer. Silicone is far superior in terms of feel and movement. I have been with females who had both types and Silicone is clearly superior implant.
