Obviously they're both a shadow of their former bodybuilder physiques but I hope I still look that good physique-wise when I'm in my 60's.

Not sure if "everyone" can, even if they wanted to?

Health-concerns, Time-limitation (busy schedule with work / raising children etc)

One can assume that both Arnie and Ralf are pretty content with their current look though?

his face does look pretty busted though from when he was 27

63 year Stallone blows them both away. In fact, he blows most people on this board away. A lot of people here like to dismiss him as all plastic surgery, when both Arnold and Franco has had extensive work done. Or say he's all drugs and gh, when many here do the same but don't look half as good even being half his age.

His reputation as a disciplined life long fitness fanatic is clearly evident and you don't get in this kind of shape JUST with needles and pills.

You're right..looks great..but why after devoting his whole life to training his body..would he deface his physique by getting all that ink in his 60's. Don't get it. It's looks terrible.

True about the tats. Why would someone in their sixties decide to get all that ink? There must be something more to it than just trying to look cool. I read somewhere that he was self conscious about the right pec tear and as the years went on it started to look progressively worse with the varicose veins and all. Maybe he did it on both sides to get some kind of symmetry going.

I have to admit, his right pec was starting to look pretty unsightly. I understand it really looked bad in person.

Is that a genetic condition?
