You have very strong ligaments and tendons.....they can only handle so much abuse b4 you're humbled. Buckle that chinstrap!

He refers to himself as a bodybuilder, however, I did'nt see one squeezed muscle...just a bunch of swinging heavy weight with ligaments and tendons. They won't last.

Not bad numbers..... can't say I've ever done 3 in a day, but 28 in one year is my record.

I'm thinking you could pick up more chicks today after your diet. If you can shag 3 chicks in one day looking like this, then I guess there is hope for everyone....

Moving super slow is awfull. BTW- your "form" has nothing to do with lifting speed, they are 2 totally diff things.

If you truely have to ask what is wrong with your lifting technique then you need to do some research.
