Saw ur bodyspace page some time ago. U had a DL vid, but i couldnt view it...600lbs i think, is dat right?
When u planning on doing ur show, and what do u expect to weigh?

with 405 you could get 1 full negative rep.

most i ever did with 365lbe flats was 6.

my flat bench max is 110lbs stronger then yours. and at our videos i only outweigh you by 25lbs.

With elbow wraps I could bench 495.

what are you talking about dude? he did 315lbg with perfect rowing form for reps of ten.
its like NZ telling me that i did half reps on my incline press. ::)

you want to say something negative fine, post a video of yourself showing us how to do it.
