The physique of Bob Paris is what drew me to bodybuilding. When it comes to the ideal physique no one beats him. Watch this routine...his physique--while perhpas not freaky enough for some--is much more polished than those of today's competitors.

In my experience, the most ideal look that as female appreciates is a slender, pretty ripped look. Most don't want a guy looking like he's on the juice. 5'10 200 lbs max and fairly ripped will get you a lot further with the average girl than at 250 bulky or ripped. Bodybuilding hardcore kind of kills the point if you're M.O is to get girls.
