......it was from a deputy. she was driving drunk with her 2 year old nephew in the car....the deputy asked me if i wanted to come pick her up so she wouldnt go to jail...

....i called her sister, i showed up on scene with her sister, we picked up the kid.....i then laughed at my ex, informed her she was being charged with a felony, and warned her about ever dropping my name again........bitch!!!

i don't know yet....i got there in time to see her fail the field sobriety test.....she consented to blood test so they are most likely still at the hospital......she told the deputy that i was her husband, and the kid was my son.....i am going to call the D/A in the morning to see if they can do anything about her using my name..this isn't the first time she has dropped my name.

the kid was asleep, and the mom was in the shower....my ex didn't even make it 3 miles before being pulled over.....kid is fine, he was asleep in the car seat when we showed up.

...i just called my Capt. and told him about the situation....he said he would talk to the JP and the DA to enhance the charges....hopefully she will rott in jail for this one.

What'd she blow on the breathalyzer? Used to be .10 = jail here. Now it's .08

we really don't do Breathalyzers in Texas, some county's do..but mine does not.....if they fail the SFST (standardized field sobriety test) you are placed under arrest, and given the option of blood test, or the intoxalyzer device which is just an advanced Breathalyzer to big to fit into a patrol car.

i think it is still .08...

oh, and this crazy ass female is not my family....she is a stalker that can not let go!...

i had to go to my office earlier to get a warrant signed(unrelated case).....my capt. came by my office with a smile......he said it was enhanced to a 1st degree felony, with a $75,000.00 bond

....this is her 2nd DWI......and with the kid in the car, they were able to go for broke on this one.

it has always been a automatic felony in Texas...but it is a 3rd degree felony....they had hers enhanced to a 1st degree.....she is totally fucked...got what she deserves..

it has to be something like that....i have dated girls from the san marcos/austin area....and they were not insane!!!

i dated several brazillians...and they are suppose to be batshit crazy...but they are more stable than the girls from our area!!!!!

Brazilian women here in the Washington DC area give the black women grey hair, cause they "can't" (or won't, or don't) compete, another type of female taking their men, and there are fights between them...but, yes they seem more stable, and know how to cook!
