Nah, but I think he's counting down a bit slowly. I heard that a week in japan has 12 days!

Now the organizer himself said 28 of March.

No. Its same contest. Just contest calender was not open still.

Always they do it in spring. Thats why i was asuming that the date same as this years spring.
But, regardless of it. I will try to dial in within 8 weeks.

Making progress are you doing incline presses seems a bit more upper chest development may be needed. Thats Falcon screaming in the back pose ;D

We both have weak upper pecs and we train them as a first priority.
And we improved a lot. Before, they were miserable. :-\

Half a year getting ready for a natural comp? Man thats crazy. To save a few lbs of muscle? But good job nonetheless
