Nothing happen if u miss a meal, nothing happen if u miss a work out....and almost nothing happen if u train your ass of in the gym everyday without any drugs haha.

Some great posts here guys - brings tears to my eyes.

When the clock strikes midnight, I'll be pumping iron and drinking shakes between sets. Then once I'm done training, and have eaten a postworkout midnight feast, I'll head out to the parties in my string tank and spandex - extra large cooler in tow, of course.

I'll sleep very late into the next day - gotta get those fifteen hours of muscle snooze in no matter what.

haven't been out to a club for new years eve in probably 14 years, but tonight I'm on the guest list at the Mayan. I'll have a couple of MuscleMilks in the car (no homo). (ok, the Mayan is very homo, but not the MuscleMilks)

new years eve is at my gf's.. all her friends, kinda dorky people to be honest.. so ill be smoking a few blunts and getting smashed so i can have fun even without any of my own friends.. (or at least some people i can talk and flirt with..cant do that even if somebody came who was attractive, like i said its at my gf house..).... im brining the food and drinks over there in a few hours... going to make nacho's... drinks are going to be vodka+ a few different diet sodas and juices.

agreed, a lot of pros dont go that paranoid over some hours with no food...

Ive learnt that way too, when im on some special occassion i just live like a normal person, thats the only way to live bodybuilding and a "healthy" life too..
