I just feel bad for the guy ,he works his ass off lifting, dieting for 4 months ,gets shredded , win his trophy ,and Ron doesn't want to recognize his hard work , I don't understand.
I'll agree, for the sake of argument, that some competitor stars were given to poseurs based upon popularity.
The above being true still doesn't mean every dickhead who takes third in a field of two deserves competitor stars. I theory they should indicate someone is competitive. Anyone can pay $35 and pose for a few minutes in some local show.
Vince has terrible genetics and is full of shit 99.9999999% of the time. That being said he has at least shed some fat and may live a little healthier for having done so. He would probably already have the elusive blue stars if more popular and not always selling some gay bee pollen, magic stick, websites or other nonsense on the board.
Vince ain't gonna get those stars without placing third or above in a bigger show. Even then he probably won't get them, LOL! My advice would be to give up on bodybuilding competitions and concentrate on shit that people care about. An alternative would be to actually put on some muscle, follow a low fat diet and then compete in the, novice/geezer category where most guys have bad backs and don't squat or deadlift too much. It's still an utter waste of time but he'll still have a chance to meet the requirements Ron set for Vince to get the stars before they change again.
It's still stupid (IMO) to put delusional hobbyists in the same category as those on track to win Pro cards.
